Calls several times a day. Sometimes it is a man and other times it is a lady. They will only be talking to someone in the background and **** up when you answer or you can hear them on your voicemail talking to someone else.

The guys that call from this and various other numbers and are similar are calling after you put your name in a drawing at the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD to win a washer and dryer pair. They are trying to scam you about your water quality.

Anyone knows who this is?

got 3 calls from this number in less than 24 hours -- no message was left.  Kind of annoying.

This number called me twice last night - no voicemail left.  I also received a few more calls from it a couple months ago...

Calls and doesn't leave a message. Today they called 3 times, the first two times were in ten minutes of eachother.

they keep calling and not leaving a message.
