This man is calling my phone and texting me.  He said his name was ***d Reed when I asked him who it was.  He says obscenities and is very persistant in texting and call.  We warned him if he does it a***n, we will take action a***nst him.  He has contacted me two nights in a row.  I am in Texas and the number is an IOWA area code.
