712-***-5128 calls my cell phone and doesn't leave a message. When I answer, they don't talk, the call just ends. I would like Verizon to stop charging me for such incoming calls or permit me to block them.

My Fax ma****e phone rings with number on my fax sheet. They do not fax but they continue to cal this number.

Where are these annoying calls coming from???  What are they getting out of this?

They called my husband's phone instead of mine but didn't stay on the line long enough to get my phone number.  We have zero collections or past due credit cards.  I know for sure because we just sat down together last week and made sure we were all paid up.  Has anyone figured out who they supposedly are?
