They keep calling and calling and no one freaking answers when I pick up the **** phone. ******* Reliant for this and allowing a third party to **** off innocent people...

keeping getting calls from this number and when i answer they dont day anything

I'd programmed my phone to block calls from 713-231-3326, but now they've c****ed numbers and are making the same robo-calls from this new number.  Calls from both numbers begin:  "Attention all Reliant Energy customers...."  They offer a free, in-home survey of energy saving measures.  I'm on national and state "Do Not Call" lists and don't understand how they've continued to operate without being shut down.
