American Income calling to solicit management positions. I work with databases!

I'd programmed my phone to block calls from 713-231-3326, but now they've c****ed numbers and are making the same robo-calls from this new number.  Calls from both numbers begin:  "Attention all Reliant Energy customers...."  They offer a free, in-home survey of energy saving measures.  I'm on national and state "Do Not Call" lists and don't understand how they've continued to operate without being shut down.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE,  A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I did press 2 four different times and they still call.
