Ron I received a text from this number asking to come look at a car I have for sale on craigslist. have not received a reply to my reply.

WP7 User The Houston Symphony got my number after I bought a concert ticket from them. They need to fundraise, ask for donations, and sell tickets. If they called me without reason (e.g. I didn't buy anything from them), then they'd be spamming, but no, I asked for it. It does get a bit annoying when they call while I'm in class though.

I was sent multiple txt messages from a person at this number who solicited pics from me and wanted to send me one depending on my age. I'm a 47yr old male, he thought I was female and wouldn't let up.

I got a call from this number and answered it. It was solitication for local police department support, monitary of course.  It sounded like it was from a guy calling on a cell, standing in the wind, as though along a road.  When I declined, and asked him to remove my phone number, he wanted to know why I wasn't supporting them a***n this year.  I told him that it was because I support in other ways (my nephew is local police and son-in-law in state police, but I didn't tell him those details).  He said, "fine, we'll leave it at that".  What a rude statement!  Solicitors get 85% of what I would donate, so why would I to allow him to only forward 15%?  And who's to check to ensure he forwards anything?
