yes that is a play number that someone actually used to block there real number, so that there number want show up.! if u call that number bac u would eaither get a busy single or an operator, but dont waste your time because it isnt a actual number.! if u were to use that number to block your phone number all you would have to do is call the number and press 9, and then enter the persons number that you were trying to call. and when you call that person your number want show up, but the 7133689666 number would show.!basically someone was calling you and they didnt want there real number to show instead of calling block (x67) dey used the "play number"
