Do you know where a person can submit complaints of SCAM Debt collector calls?  I continuously keep recieving calls at work from a guy (sounds indian) claiming I owe a debt and issues threats.  He called a few years ago and I had to have my attorney tell him not to call a***n.  Now he is calling a***n from different numbers. This is the number he left today (713-559-1757).  I have pulled up research online and found numerous complaints from people regarding the same thing.  How are people to protect themselves from these types of things.  If you have information on what a person should do please respond back.  Thank you.
