Never heard from this Paul Gerber but another man claiming to be a PI did show up at our office complex representing Mr. Clement and he met with our landlord and tried to take a bunch of pictures of our warehouse before we kicked him off the property. This company contacted several of my vendors as well, one of which was our largest customer because of some past due freight bills. I just cut a check to be done with this guy!

Got a call from Paul Gerber saying his client, Jeremy Clement is scheduled to appear on our property to perform and****et and Liability Investigation.  HUH?  The voicemail from Gerber warns we have to respond to his client before the close of business today.  I read somewhere on Google that Jeremy Clement is a collector.  Long winded message from Gerber without any explanation whatsoever.

Jeremy Clement calling us saying he is an attorney, which he is not, with aggressive collections calls, stating****entially threatening actions. 1-713-589-4274. Very unprofessional. W may go to the police to report at this point.

He called my work asking for me, however it was for my corporate office.  It IS a debt collector.

Yes, this guy is bill collector and his name is Jeremy Clement.  This guy works for a collection agency  and is contracted to larger companies.  He identified one of my vendors and told me what I owed them.  I told him I would be contecting my attorney and he would have to deal with him.

I got the same call about a month ago from this SOB, some PI named Gerber? I just ignored it and then I got a letter giving me 3 days to pay a bill that is owed to one of our vendors....the bill is only 120days old!!! Exactly two days after that another PI showed up named Kayle (not sure what happen to MR. Gerber) at my office and was taking pictures of the cars in the parking lot and tried to interview several employees! Now I just got a notice that have filed a lien a***nst my building!!!*** all this for invoices 120 days old? I got people owing me money out 180-190

Got the exact same call, not sure what is going on. Possible scam ?

received a call from a profile investigators about an****ess/liability claim from a company named ccan and jeremy clement 713 589 4274 and discussed about bank records and claims from texas. anyone else get this kind of message?
