A call came from this number on 6/6/14 8 am, Pac Time. Caller (heavy Indian accent) offered to give me a loan of $5000, or $50000 (apparently whatever amount I needed) provided I can send him $1000 as an advance fee. i countered by saying that I will send him the fee, after I have received his $50K. I used up a lot of his time going back and forth on this. At one point he realized that he was not going to get my $1000, and mentioned my deal was not attractive to him. And he ***g up. My strategy: use up a lot of his time, be polite always, and make him **** up voluntarily. I will be surprised if I get another call from him.
