Claiming to be calling about the IRS Fresh S**** program. I have no tax debt, so there is no reason for me to receive a call.

annee I keep getting calls from this number several times per day. They never leave messages. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize and I don't return calls that don't leave messages. So annoying!

Is this from the same folks who've brought us Rachel, from whom I've received at least 400 phone calls on my landline? (Not that Rachel from Cardholder Services isn't still around, in fact she just phoned me a day or so ago ...)I am not pro-***** penalty but for this folks I'd gladly make an exception ...Federal an****elemarketer "laws" have not done bupkus ...

I just got a call from a strange woman stating that she is calling from American Client Services. Re: offers for lower interest rates on credit cards. She says her name is Raquel but would not give her last name, than I asked her for her return number and she spit out a bogus number (877)340-0183. Even though a return phone number appeared on my phone as (714)782-0197. When I called that number back it says this number is not a working number?  *** Definately she is a scam artist. Why can't these people be caught?!  I don't GET IT
