I give this number to no one but received a 2 quick calls from this number out of the blue. I suspect they do that to get around people's 'do not disturb settings'.

They sent a picture of a young Asian girl with a dog asking when she can come and pick up her dog

They claim to be from the lottery department and they are scammers that will scam you out of thousand of dollars by saying you have winnings and fees have to be paid for you to get your winnings but never deliver.
