They claim to be collecting a debt yet, I don't have this debt or any debt they are claiming, it's not on my financial reports either so take it as you will!! I'd say they are impersonating Credit One Bank

said he was from the Buffalo News, looking for payment on a paper delivery subscription.

Calls claiming to be "Mary Fletcher, State ID# FF694..." claiming that some American Rescue Program is in place to help reduce and/or eliminate tax debt.. How about sending out news about abolishing the IRS altogether???
