It was a to me by the way, because i don't answer unknown numbers

This person calls my cell phone every day although I have asked her to not call any more plus pressed the number to stop the calls as stated in her message.

Caller was foreign, difficult to understand and prefaced by saying “this call is being recorded”. When asked who was calling, she then said so****ing about “refinancing”, which we had never sought. Just said not interested in refinancing and ***g up.
