Mary On January 2, 2018 at 0852, I received a voicemail at work from a lady that did not identify herself to verify my iden***y and contact information and to call an 800-number (877-349-6074) requiring iden***y verification and signature for do***ents not specified. She only stated that she was from a locating service and no other identifying information was provided. I believe this is a scam.

Caller ID shows a local 504 number 5043838253, but the call back number they leave is this NY number. Message says they are looking for contact information for someone I know, but they already have this information because she receives calls from this same number. Strange.

Thadeous S Just found out this guy is for real. ACP buys bad debt and owns it. They are calling to collect the defaulted Pay Day Loans or Pay Day Advances... I don't know where you all got your information. I got mine from the BBB. So they are not scammers or spammers. I know there are crazy costs in the contract that I had to pay....I found out on my credit report the hard way. Don't let it go is my advise. It will only cost you 5 times as much if he Does send it to court. They had a legal binding contract with my E signature.
