Got called from this number....when I called back, was told number isnt in service

I got a call on my cell phone from a 716 area code, and the man left a very rude and obnoxious voicemail telling me that he is an attorney sueing me in a civil matter - the message stated he was going to take legal actions a***nst me and laughed on the message as he said "good luck" the number that showed up on my caller ID was 716-282-3301 but he left a call back number as 866-926-4*** x24. I am worried and not sure if i should call him back, after reading all the posts when I searched the call back number - google 866-926-4*** to get more info on these people.

I received a call from Eastern****et Management and an employee, Mark Johnson at the Law Office of John Nicolia about a civil law suit being filed a***nst me in my County.  I did not call them back because he did not sound legit.

716-282-3300....I wish there were some way to block them from calling me.  I spoke with them, and explained that I would send a payment, but they did not want to give me their address, but wanted a check by phone or money gram.  I declined unless I had an address.  But they ***g up on me.
