The are a Collection Agent.  Here's a good one.  You may have heard it.  What do you call it when you have 20,000 debt collectors at the bottom of the ocean?  That's right, "A Good S****"

This is a collection agency. They can call and threaten me all day long! There is nothing they can do to you. They cannot have the sherrif pick you up, put an arrest warrant out on you. They did a segment on dateline nbc on these people. They are just low level tele-marketers with a very limited education level. Don't get upset and worried over these s***bags. They cannot do anything to you. They have bought up debts for pennies on the dollar and are trying by any means at their disposal to collect. F em!!!!

I received a voice mail on my home phone from a Robert Green. He was looking for a man that I had never heard of but when I told him that he didn't believe me. Robert said that my phone number was listed as this guy's emergency contact number. After looking up the phone number on the internet and finding this information I've contacted the New York Attorney General's office--not sure if it will do any good but they are trying to scam people. I caught on but I'm sure there people out there that won't and they need to be warned. In addition to contact the Attorney General's office I also decided to just call the two phone numbers I have at random times from an unlisted phone number. One day I screamed, another day I laughed and another day I told them that the authorities have been contacted--they ***g up very quickly. I encourage you to do the same. I just got a call from this same number and its on and old debt that I owed over 3 years ago and could swear I paid it off. But they are stating its not and I will have a summons issued if its not paid within 3 business days. Has anyone been issued this on a claim that is over 3 years old?

Mr. Savadge called me a***n tonite. He had called me previously about 2-3 months ago stating that there was going to be a warrant out for my arrest if i didn't pay a debt. (This debt was paid 2 YEARS AGO!) I told him to bring the constable to my house that day, because I would be home. He ***g up on me. So that leads me to tonite. Mr. Savadge calls a***n tonite, leaving me a voice mail telling me that there will be a warrant out for my arrest Friday if I don't give them money. It's the same bull they tried to pull last time. I call him back, and of course, he doesn't answer the phone!

My parents received a message from a Mr. Turner stating that I needed to call them back or a warrant will be issued for me.  This is for a debt that I had back in April, 2008.  I know that they are not supposed to call and make threats and they told me to call back at a certain time before the end of the day.

I received a message from Ms Broadway at ext 130.  She said I'd previously signed some contract and I needed to make good on it or my driver's license would be suspended.  Um, if I had unpaid tickets for tolls or parking, etc...I am sure I would be hearing from my state who actually has such authority.  Sounds like bs to me.

I received several calls from this company Eastern****et Management threatening me that I better keep ID with me at all times because someone will be coming to my house or place of work.  I am contacting the BBB in CT to see what can be done to stop these horrible harrassing phone calls.

I just received a phone call today from this company, and this woman left a really nasty message on my voicemail. I don't understand how collectors are able to talk to people any type of way. She's lucky I wasn't home to take her call, or she would have heard my mouth.

Anyone who is getting these harrassing phone calls, please contact the BBB and go to the website http://www.lawmo.org/law_fdc.htm so you can find out your rights. They have no right to harrass you about your debt. It is illegal to call after you have requested for them no to call you anymore. You have rights as a debtor. Please do not give these scammers a dime.

Mr. Curtis from this phone number 716-312-0822 x100 called an threatened to have a sheriff serve a warrant tomorrow if I do not contact him with payment arrangements by five pm. This is my job number he is contacting me at adn I have repeatedly let him know I am at work. When I try to call him I never get through. He is very rude and unyielding

They keep calling saying I owe a debt and want money. I told the lady to stop calling and she said that they would not and told me that I just didn't want to pay my debt (that I don't have). They are leaving messages saying I am going to be sued.

Mr. Turner called saying they were going to have my son arrested. When I asked for proof of the debt he ***g up. When I checked company name they are at  230 Park Ave New York, NY 10169-0005(212) 808-3058. Also found 12 cases in federal court where they are defendants in suits for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act. They buy old debt past the statute of limitations for collection and make threats trying to get any money at all.

They call me and threated me of being pick up by the police, also they keep calling and they harras my son whuch is minor, I told them to call my Lawyer and they ****-up.They sound like *********s.

They keep calling me and calling me!!!! Yet, they are asking for a male and my voicemail clearing says who my name, a female.  I cant even hear the number they leave on the voicemail because its a ma****e and when i call them back they dont have anyone to speak to me!! Does anyone know who these people are, are they just a collection agency??  They say this is ur last 48 hour notice, but they clearly arent doing their job because the person they are looking for isnt me!! How do we stop this?

I got a call that said if I didn't call and make a payment to them I would be issued a summons to courts. They are harassing and threatening. Now they say I will be served in 5-10 day that the wheels are in motion...yet, they give me there phone number if I want to call and discuss it with them.

They said I was being sued, and I needed to send them money or I will go to court.
