Woman called my work phone to say they are taking me to court and they need my social security number to complete the paperwork, but when I call back they won't answer.  She also left me a 800 number to call and no answer at that one either.

THIS IS A RIPOFF.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO. IF YOU HAD TO BE IN COURT YOU WOULD RECEIVE A SUMMONS.THESE IDIOTS SHOULD READ UP ON THE LAW IF THEY WANT TO CONTINUE TO TRY TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO GIVING PERSONAL INFO.REPORT TO FTC SO THESE LEACHES GET WHAT IS COMING TO THEM.THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WILL BE IN COURT

S****ed receiving phone calls for a Patricia Ward. The caller refuses to accept the fact that there is no person by that name at this #.  They s****ed calling three years ago.  Gave me a  case # 191048 but refuse to give any details.  They just say I will be taken to court for what I don't know.  They stopped for a while when I told them I would report them to the FTC and Att Gen Ofc.  Now the calls have s****ed a***n.  They refuse to give any name of the collection agency if that is what is calling and refuse to give any mailing address.  I am reporting this tele # to the FTC and the Fl Att Gen Ofc. I received a call today and I was refused any information as to what the call is about etc.They refuse to accept that fact that I do not know anyone by that name. But they insist I am going to court???????

JUST GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THEY ARE BRINGING ME TO COURT BUT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS!

SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF KRSITIN CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. SHE SAID THE NUMBER SO FAST BUT THIS IS THE NUMBER THAT CAME UP ON CALLER ID. IF THIS IS A PAYDAY LOAN I HAVE PAID ALL MY LOANS BACK SO THEY CAN REALLY STOP CALLING ME.

Called the number back .. they have been calling since September.  Said the number I gave them was not attached to any account.  They dam number was on my house phone caller ID!!!!!!  Said they just opened in February 2010....... So the number they called from in September didn't exist.  Wouldn't give me any information wanted my SSN: and email.   I asked for them to put proof in the mail and send it.  They said what's your address???  I said you should have it.  THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Got a call from someone re: a payday loan that I had payed off saying I was summoned to court for not paying.I said send me info or e-mail me,I was put on hold then they came back wanting e-mail I said send me written proof.They said goodbye and ***g up
