Amanda They knew our names, and asked if one of us had Medicare. She didn't listen to the fact the family member she was trying to contact, was already deceased. Kept trying to transfer us to the "main office". Would NOT listen to my mom saying she would call Medicaid to verify if she's a scam caller or not!
