Oh my god!  You people are sear****g these kinds of posts and pretending like they helped you because you probably work there or so****ing.  You even say close to the same thing on each one.  Anyone else who posted so****ing here, search the number that called you, and check out all of the other sites it is listed on with comments.  You won't feel comforted by these "reassuring" messages anymore.

I recieved a ton of calls from this place. It was infact for a old payday loan, the lady I dealt with was nice. Not to much of an issue, i just never re paid the company I got the loan from. They ran my card with no problems, took what they said they were going too, I honestly saved money because the original loan was for a lot more. So thanks upstate..lol Maybe if we paid our bills on time we wouldn't have to be upset about people calling us. Mark H.

they call my house everyday, with msg after msg even after i supposedly got my last warning they still call, so i finally call back and find out whats going on, turns out its from a payday loan, i figured but i did take care of it, or so i thought turns out they are a fraud themselves took my money, and took waaay to much out, then called about my second payment arrangement. OH NO i am in the process of taking them to court DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY DNT KNOW BUT MY LAWYER INFOMED ME THAT ALOT OF THING THEY ARE DOING I A***NST THE LAW, AND THEY WILL BE SHUT DWN SOON. VERY SOON! SO ,LONG UPSTATE....

i got a call from them too. they scared the **** outta me! but when i actually called back and listened to what they had to say i realized they were probably saving me a lot of trouble. they worked with me and helped me come up with a payment plan that i could handle. im glad i took care of it with them. my cousin actually had the same thind happen to her except it was a different company that called her. she ignored it too. they took her to court. she was charged with defrauding a lending ins***ution and the passing of a bad check. i believe as of right now her wages are being garnished for close to 4000 bux! SCARY!!!

I got the same call from an agent Tomanio regarding check fraud.  Who is this and why are they calling me at my work phone number.  Refused to say what company they worked for.

Received a call from this number 716-332-6650.  A message was left by an Agent Tmino at ext. 107 in regards to some type of check fraud.  I am****uming this would be in regard to some type of payday loan.

Called and upset my mother who is dying of cancer.Who are these people
