Diane Phelps Asked for my daughter by name and said there is an urgent health care insurance problem. I checked with our provider who told me it is a scam and then blocked the number.

Me A number of vaurious complaints on line about this number. Called me at 7:44 am Monday morning! Not impressed and I was silent so forced the person to speak, a male voice and I ***g up. Spam

They called my job and left a message Edward Scott and said that i was under investagation and thar he was getting some papers ready,did not say what kind of situtation was this and keeps calling and leaving meesage this seems a scam to me.

i have this #716-348-7*** stored in the received call om my phone due to multiple calls inquiring about some  women i don't know , i requested that they stop calling me or i will report them to the attorney general .

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT - if these guys call you about some bogus payday-loans executed with your SSN, do NOT give them any information.  If your SSN was actually stolen and used fraudulently, then just address that directly with the big-three credit bureaus: Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian.So I, too, got a call from 716-348-3431 and the guy also said his name was Terry Sullivan for Robert James &****ociates.  He told me that another lady obtained a payday-loan using my Social Security number.  Then he even attempted to get me to disclose my social security number.  Anyone who EVER tries to get you to tell them your SSN is a scammer!By the way, I like how this "Terry Sullivan" or one of these scammers actually replied above ("satisfied" on 24 Jan 2011) trying to redeem their scam.  These guys are reprobates and fools.

I don't know the number

I just received one- stated they were a collection agency aND THAT i NEEDED to give them my credit card or checking info to clear a debt that they would not tell me who it was for, or they were ging to send the police to arrest me and take away my driver's license... i told them to send me so****ing in the mail and they refused, said i was going to go to jail if i did not pay 100 bucks today- whatever!!!!!!!! said they were with cirnarale law firm in buffalo, ny- gave me the following number 877-291-3759 but caller id 716-348-3***... i tolld them to send me so****ing in the mail showing i owe the money along w/ what company i owe and date of service along w/ copy of contract they were claiming i signed- they ***g up
