IRS scam, lol the local cops are going to get me

So this rude man gets in the phone after pressing 1. He tells me that they will be garnishing my wages and suspending my license. He said that I took out a loan in 2013, that I did not repay. I explained to him that in 2013 I was dying of Cancer in the hospital. That it’s impossiable that it was me. He gave me my bank account number and all. I told him that someone must of used my information. He continued to scream at me. I still tried to explain that I didn’t live in broward in 2013. He wouldn’t listen to me and continued to treat me bad and said that my wages will be garnished. I told him I’m disabled and he said good for you and ***g up on me. I don’t understand how in these days and ages, this **** is still happening. Very sad situation!

I received a call from this number and in their message they left they said they were from the IRS and that I needed to call them back immediately because I owe them money and needed to pay or they would send someone out to get me if I did not call them back within 24 hours to make payment arrangements ... this has to be a scam because I don't know the IRS and I think they are taking advantage of those of us in Houston Texas .

Who are you... How can these people sleep at night? After receiving several crazy phone calls over a period of several months, a “person” let’s say; claiming that I had taken out a payday loan that I never paid back. This person referred to himself as a debt collector and told me that my “lawsuit” was set to go before the judge on Monday; Of course it was late in the afternoon on Friday (convenient). Lawsuit, what lawsuit I asked him? Never really answering my question, he went around and around with me about how they (his company? Still don’t know who that is) will be contacting my employer to inform them of my non-payment of said loan, which never existed. After many failed attempts to have him reveal to me, who did I have this supposed loan through? What was the name of his law firm? Who exactly is suing me? To no avail, I decided that I was going to turn the table on this “person”. I said to him, “oh yeah, I do remember who your company is, you are with the company that I reported to the Better Business Bureau”. Out of nowhere I could hear from the other side of the phone what I would describe as a loud shrill sound. I was taken aback and said “excuse me, you ok?” The same “person came on the line just shouting profanities at me. So completely ****** and foul, I was in a total state of shock and disbelief of what had just happened, that I believe that there just might be a lawsuit after all – That’s right, I have EVERY intension of suing them.
