They claim to be from "Federal Check Processing Services"and they are calling me over an account that was orginally created 5 years ago.

I got the same thing for about a week. I answered once and they seem to operate like a debt collection agency, but claimed they are not. I was told today if i dont respond back they will send my "complaint" to the local court houses.

I was wondering if anyone received a call from this place threatening to take you to court over a bad check? Are they Law Enforcement?
