XX This is a debt collection agency named Jacobs Marsh located in New York. They buy bad debt and will never stop calling your number. DO NOT acknowledge anything to them about anything. If you do, the statute of limitations on debit is three years but confirming anything will res**** that date. Request any communication be made by USPS and to take you off their call list. If all fails, report them to jurisdiction agency.

A robocall calls, supposedly from the Performance Resolution Group, and ask me to call them back.

This number calls alot and just ****s up. Never answers.

you are most certainly right! We've been cussed at by them, ***g up on by them... you name it. We've contacted a lawyer and filed a police report and because we have "threatened" back, they've all of a sudden quit contacting us... funny how that works. I adivse ANYONE out there being contacted by them to not answer, block the number or FIGHT back!

I got the same thing for about a week. I answered once and they seem to operate like a debt collection agency, but claimed they are not. I was told today if i dont respond back they will send my "complaint" to the local court houses.

They are also operating as "Shapiro and Price".  What a bunch of A-Fkrs.  They thought they were so smooth - but when you threaten me on the phone with encarceration for a debt I don't even owe and won't provide do***entation to prove I DO owe anything - just **** it ****s!
