Wow Just received a call from this number due to a request I sent in for an actual account number.  I've had two people from Creditors Interc****e about an account that was charged off back in 1999 (last I checked it was 2010, which is 11 years later).  The SOL for credit cards in the state I live is 5 years.  So if they try to take me to court, it will get dismissed with predjudice.  It doesn't matter because I will be filing for Chapter 7 in the next couple of weeks.  So they can keep calling and leaving me voice messages on my cell.
