yeah i get the same calls over and over until 1 day i got a letter to appear in court. thank god i paid cause not 1 week prior i received a summons from cattaragus county court. It appears that since the account I took out back in May is under some statute of limitations and they had a signed affadavit showing the original contract that they were able to pass a default judgement. Thank god I got in touch with the original creditor who forwarded me to some signature vangurd (the agency who apparently owns it) but if i hadnt who knows how much I woulda been paying. I didnt have the entire amount but they cut me some sorta deal and i get it taken care of.

some idiot called me saying I was a reference for my uncle for a loan and demanded i tell him to call, he didn't have to be rude and when Itold my uncle he said he had taken no such loan and didn't use me for a reference for anything cuz i have bad credit
