What's funny about this is I was looking in the Help Wanted ads in the Bee Classified (dated September 22 & 23 2010), and as I'm doing research on this company with no name, only Contact info. Every hit that Google brought up for the number listed in the paper bring up searches similar to this one, that this is a bogus company...It really makes one wonder

They have called me and my family numerous amounts of times and I actually gave them my acct num because I thought they were legit and they ended up taking more money than they were suppose to, and I called them back to get my money back and ***ody would answer for like 3 days. I ended up reporting it to my bank and they refunded the money saying that It was fraudulant activity. after they found out that my bank got the money back from them they continued to call my family and me leaving messages saying that I had a warrant out for my arrest if I didnt pay this settlement. When I called him back I asked for do***entation, and he said I had to pay  the settlement by midnight, and I told him absolutley not and the conversation ended with " have fun in jail you little B***h". Don't give them any money!!!!!

this is a scam. scam, scam, scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. call the place they tell you they're calling for directly.

these people keep calling us about a check loan from 2007 which we never took out..they call my husband at work, you tell them legally they cant call you at work because of the fair debt collection act..then they have someone else call ...i actually got into a screaming match this morning with marshal..we have repeatedly asked them for the original account info..the most we have ever gotten was a fax with some lame heading and some acct numbers...they are claiming to be with a firm called shapiro and price..which has no website, nor an address besides a po box...they are out of new york..i actually called this number back and some sleepylike girl answered with a "hello' no "good morning shapiro and price" or anything..i have called the new york consumer affairs and attorney general, which this marshall person was not pleased to hear..i am just tired of the harrassment, has been going on for months..what we are asking for is simple, if they are legit they would send it i would think....
