got a call from neiman rona and****osciates wanting 1500 more dollars that our origi**** debt was.from about 8 years ago.when we tried to make payment arrangements and wanted to call them back they were very hesitant to give me a phone number.luckily i did research before giving out my banking information.

The office of Rona and Neiman has been calling and harassing my 80+ year old parents because they did not or do not have any information on a relative that left their name as a reference some two years ago.  When my mother ask what the call was about and tried to explain that she didn't have any information, the male on the other end of the line said she was acting like a kid and that she was lying, and said he would continue to call her and other relatives until he found who he was looking for. I then called this office back after my very upset mom told me what happened, and was greeted by a female who ask was I the person they were looking for, when I told her no, and that they have no right to call and harass my parent, this female s****ed getting angry with me, letting me know that they are a lawyers office and that they can do what they want.  I then let her know that my lawyer would be contacting them and to take my parents name off of their list.  The female said my parents names were off the list and ***g up.  I will continue to track the calls made to my parents phone with the additional numbers shown in the comments above.

Follow-UP:They r trying to collect on a debt from 2005, which has been paid in full.  They threaten to subpoena you and try to collect more money that the original debt and threaten that if it goes to court debt will include approx. $3000 in legal fees. Do not fall for their tricks, ASK FOR VERIFICATION OF DEBT IN WRITING.  Know your rights, and don't be intimidated.

This number is from Neiman, Rona and****ociates.  Have received calls and a v-mail was left from them.  When return calls were made we received answering ma****es, steady ringing, and the occasional busy line.  We left a v-mail, and did not receive a call back.  When we finally received someone on the other end of the line we asked for verification of debt in writing and his words were " What kind of drugs are you on?"  very unprofessional.  After that we advised him we were reporting his office to the State Attorney General's office and he promptly ***g up.This company may also go by the name of Morgan Stone &****ociates.  They claim to be BBB Accredited on their website (http://neimenronaassociates.com), but according to the BBB they have a F rating and in fact are not a BBB Member Business.My advice to anyone dealing with them is to be polite and courteous, and do not provide any information until they validate the debt they are calling about.Other numbers they have called from include: 8772197774, and 7143332928
