Major red flag....they c****e the amount you owe every time you speak with them. A collection agency will not force payment from a checking account. They are a spin off of Magic Jack......

These people are a scam!!! Contacted me with last 4 digits of my ss# and info on a previous job. They harrassed me so bad, I gave them my card# supposively for a past debt. They could not verify who the debtor was, or where located. No creditor has ever threatned with arresting me, no matter how big the debt is!!! Don't fall for it, let them get their subpoena and come find me, I have a surprise for them!!!

this number called me twice within an hour and 2 diff ppl left the same msg that i am being accused of some things and they need me or my attorney to call them back...you would think if you were scamming ppl...you would keep track of who's called....

I received a threating message from a unknown caller on my ma****e today. The caller states that he  was call me about a check fraud investigation, illegit to have done business with Bank of America. He gives the last 4 of my social he state that me or my attorney needs to get in touch with him  before June 23 or charges will be filed contact him at 716-748-6069.  While I am on the phone with Your Payday Loan Help my husband comes in the kitchen to tell me that someone  left a message on his phone for me about check fraud. He comes back five minutes later to tell me that my mother-in- law wants to speak to me. She tells that a Mr. Don left his number for me to call him about a check fraud investigation and that she need to give him a number where he could reach me, he has gone too far, I called he and I let him know that what he did was illegal, and that I know my rights you can't go around scandalizing someones name with people that you are not even sure if they know each other. I told him to send me a certified letter letting making me aware of the situation. He said that letters where sent but I never received any letter. I ask him who was the company he states Eastside Lenders. I let him know that they have received paper work already and he is to stop making phone call. I asked him to give me his fax# he refused , the only way that I can have it is to agree to payment.  I let him that Jesus sits high and looks low and he should not go around spreading lies on people. He states why do you have to bring relegion in this, I told because I never wrote a check and need to stop telling lies. He tries to put a supervisor on the phone, I let he know that I did not have to talk to him and he better not make another cause I know my rights. When I was employed they would call my job and tell my employers that I was writing bad checks. I've had it it stops here, I will fight this to the end they have gone too far. keep calling they want to serve a summons from a company I never hear of.

It's supposedly from a guy named Shelley with a law firm that collects debt, called Lewis & McCarthy.  They supposedly handle cases where people have defaulted on their payday loans.  I don't trust it though.  I'm doing more research before I give them my hard earned money.  They threaten to sue you for writing a bad check if you don't pay them.

Caller ID had this # 716-748-6064 with a name of Bryant. No message left. No idea who this was.

I have received automated calls from these people and I received a call from a John Grossi. They have threatened legal action and this Grossi person actually told me that there was a criminal complaint filed a***nst me. I don't like these people and don't appreciate harassment from a company that can't even tell the truth. They used a different number for me: 716-748-6273.

My mother received to messages on her answering ma****e from a lady named Susan Schwartz. Susan left a message looking for my sister. Susan's message stated that she was****ociated with Indian River County and that she was calling to investage a pending legal matter. After a little research, we determined that Susan is with a debt collection agency, although we are not certain which one.

Joanna M I have been getting recorded messages at least once a month (sometimes more). The message is always for someone I have never heard of. Today I the caller identified themselves as Mitchell, Myers, and****oc. and a***n, it was a message for someone I don't even know. I've had this number less than a year and the calls have been going on the entire time. The number they called from is 716-748-7262 and the message says to call back at 877-291-3974.

Nonni demanded i pay payday loan in full. i am paying a debt solution monthly to pay it. they say they are not receiving it.

EZMe repeated calls, leaves no messages

eric called several times over last couple months, left 2 threatening messages about my 72 yr mother owing for a bad check saying last chance, 24 hrs or else, etc.... Never called back but answered phone today to same threatening idiot. He tries to sound official and scary. Told him not to ever call a***n. He's a scam...this bad check was years ago

716-748-6525 Call a call from this number August 31 with a voicemail stating that if I don't return the call within 24 hours at 888-988-7727 (reference this number elsewhere on the site, they are Check Systems), that it would cons***ute as a "guilty plea for check fraud in (my state)".  The guy, who never identified himself by name or party (the latter of which is already known) and NEVER bothered concealing his own number sounded rushed, and as if reading from a script.  I have saved the voicemail and number for my attorney.  Just another **** ***nch from the same shady tree!

lbennett711 They're debt collection place and they call my cell phone at least 3 times each day asking for Vicky, but then a***n I get at least 10 calls a week for Vicky. Cell phone companies return these phone numbers to service too soon.

karen got a call from neiman rona and****osciates wanting 1500 more dollars that our origi**** debt was.from about 8 years ago.when we tried to make payment arrangements and wanted to call them back they were very hesitant to give me a phone number.luckily i did research before giving out my banking information.
