Major red flag....they c****e the amount you owe every time you speak with them. A collection agency will not force payment from a checking account. They are a spin off of Magic Jack......

These people are a scam!!! Contacted me with last 4 digits of my ss# and info on a previous job. They harrassed me so bad, I gave them my card# supposively for a past debt. They could not verify who the debtor was, or where located. No creditor has ever threatned with arresting me, no matter how big the debt is!!! Don't fall for it, let them get their subpoena and come find me, I have a surprise for them!!!

I received a threating message from a unknown caller on my ma****e today. The caller states that he  was call me about a check fraud investigation, illegit to have done business with Bank of America. He gives the last 4 of my social he state that me or my attorney needs to get in touch with him  before June 23 or charges will be filed contact him at 716-748-6069.  While I am on the phone with Your Payday Loan Help my husband comes in the kitchen to tell me that someone  left a message on his phone for me about check fraud. He comes back five minutes later to tell me that my mother-in- law wants to speak to me. She tells that a Mr. Don left his number for me to call him about a check fraud investigation and that she need to give him a number where he could reach me, he has gone too far, I called he and I let him know that what he did was illegal, and that I know my rights you can't go around scandalizing someones name with people that you are not even sure if they know each other. I told him to send me a certified letter letting making me aware of the situation. He said that letters where sent but I never received any letter. I ask him who was the company he states Eastside Lenders. I let him know that they have received paper work already and he is to stop making phone call. I asked him to give me his fax# he refused , the only way that I can have it is to agree to payment.  I let him that Jesus sits high and looks low and he should not go around spreading lies on people. He states why do you have to bring relegion in this, I told because I never wrote a check and need to stop telling lies. He tries to put a supervisor on the phone, I let he know that I did not have to talk to him and he better not make another cause I know my rights. When I was employed they would call my job and tell my employers that I was writing bad checks. I've had it it stops here, I will fight this to the end they have gone too far. My mother received to messages on her answering ma****e from a lady named Susan Schwartz. Susan left a message looking for my sister. Susan's message stated that she was****ociated with Indian River County and that she was calling to investage a pending legal matter. After a little research, we determined that Susan is with a debt collection agency, although we are not certain which one.
