Rude, threatening, calling family members despite repeated requests not to.

I received a call from Tyler Blake. I asked for things to be sent in writing so an attorney here can look them over. I never received anything in the mail. I asked to have them send it certifiec with a tracking number he states the law office did not want to pay for certified mail. IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO BE NOTIFIED OF ANY LEGAL OBLIGATION IN WRITING BEFORE RESPONDING TO ANYONE.

I called, left a message telling him that I have contacted the State Attorney's Office. He called me back and told me that the issue had been resolved months ago and that there is no reason to call the S.A. He said they contacted me because I was a reference for someone on an internet application on file. Please note that in MN the statute of limitations on bills are 6 years anything after that is a "Zombie Debt". Check with your states on their statutes because it varies from state to state.

Said he works for an attorneys office and that I had an issue with my email account and an open bank account and that I need to contact him or they will proceed with action. I find it interesting that he says he is a private investigator to other people and this makes me think this is a scam or collection of some sort. I do not have anything outstanding so I will wait and see if so****ing shows up in the mail and maybe then I will take it seriously.

this man called saying he from attorney mercury law office and im have an outstanding balance since 2008 and than they transfer me to some lady name ms summers her number is

Tyler Blake threatening I need to contact him about an online incident and that I owe him money. I need to contact him by 5:00 pm today or legal action will be pending. I did a search on this number through several sites and this is a cell phone from Buffalo NY. Tyler Blake from that area is deceased. He does not give reference to what the client name is and I know that I do not have anything outstanding.

person called saying I had an outstanding check across stae lines for 400 plus dollars, that the only way I could make a payment was to do get a prepaid debit card with authoraztions # Now remind you he says this has been since 2006

a man left a message saying he is private detective and i had a bad check and neede to call before 5:00p.m. today before turning into investigation. i did not call back because i knew i did not write a bad check.
