****** recording about insurance, when looked up number on Spy Dialer the voice said “this is Phyllis”??????

Called me numerous times claiming that i had a payday loan that i never received. They would not give me information about this loan and said that they couldnt give me any info because i could c****e it before court. They also said that if i didnt pay for this loan immediately with a credit card that i would go to jail for checking accout fraud. This is a scam and they are rude people. DO NOT ANSWER A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.

Gayizee We have received at least four recorded messages for a person unknown to us with the same family name. The message states, "We have an important pending matter being handled in our office that we need to discuss with you or your attorney. Call us or have your attorney call us Monday after 9:00AM EST at 1-888-711-1339. Do not ignore this matter. When calling back, use File No. 604147." I did call after the 2nd or 3rd message to tell we do not know the person the message is for. I was told I'd have to put that in writing. I said no I will not and ***g up.

I live in WYOMING, not NY. I don't have any loans out so I'm not sure why they're calling me or how they got my cell's number to s**** with. I just reported them to the FCC and filed some paperwork on them at my local copshop. I don't believe in warning perps.

When I called the number back it said it was a non-working number for the National Grid.
