****** recording about insurance, when looked up number on Spy Dialer the voice said “this is Phyllis”??????

Called me numerous times claiming that i had a payday loan that i never received. They would not give me information about this loan and said that they couldnt give me any info because i could c****e it before court. They also said that if i didnt pay for this loan immediately with a credit card that i would go to jail for checking accout fraud. This is a scam and they are rude people. DO NOT ANSWER A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.

When I called the number back it said it was a non-working number for the National Grid.
