Anonymous Called me and then called my daughter claiming some legal claim and court ordered payment needs. Fraud and fear mongering. Scammers!

Anonymous I received a call from this number on 12/5/2024. The female caller said “are you there”? I asked her what she wanted and she was silent so I ***g up. A nuisance call, might have been a scammer! So annoying.

They claim to be a law office that reclaimed a debt that I owed. Somehow they knew the last four of my social and my relatives (google search and other online sites to find relatives). They study their victims to make their scam seem real and to invoke fear so that you can pay them 8K to get rid of the debt.

The man claimed to represent a group of property investors, was I interested in selling my home for a cash offer? I replied no, you are spammer scammers and the man ***g up the call. The caller ID said Grantsville PA.

The man claimed to represent a “group of investors” who wanted to buy my residence for cash, was I interested? “No,” I replied; “you are spammer scammers,” and then the man disconnected the call. My caller ID said Grantville PA. I live in PA.

received a call from this number. Was told I needed to call another number because I am having a civil action lawsuit a***nst me. Gave me the case number and said that is all she knew. gave me the number of 888=504-2388

This is the message I received from this number. They also called two of my relatives. I called it back and a recording said that they were National Process Services.....Message Transcript "This is an urgent message intended for #######. My name is Jessica. I'm contacting you in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pending actions that may be filed a***nst you, you'll need to contact the firm immediately at 626-622-6027. For the file number you want me to reference when calling is ########. This does require your immediate attention and it's very important that they do speak with you or they'll be forced to make a decision without your consent" I'm not sure who "they" are and I surely don't know what the "Firm" is.

This number was used to scam my ***her in-law out of a lot of money saying they were the police. ***her in-law is elderly and recovering from open heart surgery and was not able to comprehend what he was being told exactly. this dude walked him through the process. pretty much a scare tactic but yet acted like he was on his side to help him. evil people.

I don't know anything about this caller, only that they said they need to talk to me privately and not to tell anyone.
