Person Calling from this number said they were special agent with IRS criminal investigation unit.

Called when tried to return call it was disconnected. It called a***n missed it the 2nd time as well called it back and it said the code you entered was invalid

They are calling for donations and sometimes they are the police, sometimes the fire dept and other organizations looking for donations.

My husband keeps getting this # on his cell phone & the person on the other cell keeps telling him that they are going to keep on texting him just for the fun of it.  This persons texts are costing us money.  I need to know who this is so that I can report them.  Please help me!
