Anonymous Calls the home phone of a policeman and announces that he is with the Fraternal Order of Police, and that this CALL IS BEING RECORDED. Proceeds to ask if he can count on you to contribute to a fund for the families of fallen officers when packets are sent to your home. The only reason to announce that the CALL IS BEING RECORDED is to intimidate the policeman. Not sure of this is really from the FOP or not. Either way, it's wrong.
