Appears as a missed call on my phone at work.

Keeps calling

They call my cell # and never talk. When I try to call back I get "the number you have reached is no longer in service".

I got a call from them a few minutes ago saying they were the NY State Police Chiefs****ociation. Begged me for money. I told him no. He didn't **** up, but he did stop talking, so I ***g up. Didn't show on the caller ID - I did *69 to get the number.

9/15/08 2:42 PM got call.  No message.  Did not call back.  Never bother to call a number you do not know.  If there is so****ing important, they will call back or leave a message.

Calls every half hour or so 7 days a week. I told them today it was illegal to make these calls on Sundays and the broad I talked to said it wasn't but I know better. Am on the do not call list...They have many different numbers that they call from. I've checked them all and all are from NCO Financial. Today, 9/14/08 they have called 5 times in 15 minutes. How do I get them to stop?
