Anonymous Trys to scam elderly women

I believe this is a scammer using this phone #.. He is texting me, being romantic. Was previously calling me from another phone number: 838-201-9490. Said that phone was down and now texting from 718-804-5495. Claims to be James William, sent me a picture of a believed to be fake, drivers licience #83320118, DOB 11/14/1952. listed as living in Bennington, Vt , 218 Jefferson Hts. I am doing a people check and seems there is no person meeting his discreption at that location. There fore, I believe he is trying to scam me.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and the people leaving messages speak with such a heavy foriegn accent I can never understand what they are saying.  Basically they keep telling me not to ignore the message and that it is an urgent matter.  The first call stated they were with The Federal Bureau of Tax Collections.  I called the IRS and they said they've never heard of the company.  I ignore the calls because I know it's a scam.
