YM "I just received a missed call from this number. When I called back, the line was busy." same thing! A man named Alexander,****ociate? or consultant #241 or 723. He said called from Card Servise from VISA, Chase, CITI and Bank of America tried to reduce lower interest rate. He asked about my card # and info, so I refused and asked their web address at least otherwise I can't trust anybody. But he didn't give me their info, so I asked him to talk to his manager, then he **** up on me! So maybe scam.
