I got a call from a person stating the following: This is Attorney Jim ***dley with William Law Firm. There is a legal case a***nst my husband for collateral check fraud is is a primary suspect in a case with a check advance company that has decided to proceed with legal proceedings because he has not made payment top that company. He is charged with $5,417.57 in check fraud. When I asked where the company was located he said he is from New York but refused to tell me what part or the name of the city.
