GOT A CALL FROM THIS HINDU PERSON... A***N... HE TRIED THIS ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND I GUESS FIGURED IT WAS TIME TO TRY A***N... HE SAID I HAD A LOAN IN DEFAULT... I SAID NO I DON'T... HE THEN THREATENED TO SEND THE POLICE TO GET ME... I SAID OKAY... SEND ME THE LOAN DO***ENTS AND YOUR RETURN ADDRESS AND I WILL HAVE MY ATTORNEY CONTACT YOU IN REGARD TO THIS... HE SAID I DON'T HAVE TO SEND YOU ANYTHING OR GIVE YOU MY CONTACT ADDRESS... I SAID GREAT THEN I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU OR PAY YOU A ****ED THINGS... BUT I DO HAVE TO CONTACT THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT... HE SAID OKAY I WILL SEND THE POLICE TO GET YOU... I SAID OKAY I LIVE IN TEXAS AND I WILL SEND OUR GUN TOTING... THIEF *****ING POLICE OUT TO GET YOU.... LOLGO TO TELEPEST.COM AND FILE CLAIM...

i have had many calls from these numbers and i cant understand them . i have payday loans but when they call me they email showing me proof that they are colecting for the company and these guys wont email me. when i return their call the message i get is extension is busy good bye now a proper business would have answer ma****e and state name of company when they call the number shows on my id as 052538374 and in the us we need 9 numbers not 8 to make calls. i have these calls and paid over 800 dollars and ***** me used prepaidcard. these people need to be stop

He put his so called higher up on the phone and it was a female. i said send me all the do***ents that you have on my so called case. she said i dont have to send you anything and i said oh yes u do-but i know you have nothing cuz you are a scam! I told her to get a real job and stop trying to take advantage of folks who are already struggling due to the economy. she was silent and i said dont ever call me a***n cuz i have already reported her to the FTC and the local authorities in FLA

This person called me on mon. Left me a message and said to call him back. This was a very urgent matter and to have an attorney. When I called him back he asked me if I had an attorney and i said no then he asked if I knew why he was calling me and I said no then he said he was going to put me on hold for a minute. Before he put me on hold he said he was going to record the conversation and asked me not to use any profane language because I was going to be recored. So when he put me on hold I ***g up. I knew it was a scam. Then he called be back and left another message saying that I better call him back otherwise he will report me to the authorites and he needs to talk to me. But he wouldnt tell me the reson why he was calling me or where he was calling me from. He had the same hindu voice and said his name was robert williams.  So I never called him back. He called me a***n on friday saying that my crimes prove to be true because I didnt call him back and that he is still in a position to help me if I called him back but if I didnt call him back it would lead to some unwated legal action taken at my job and that it will end up in a very very very very very big mess for me. Now no one professional would talk that way plus at the end of the message he said have a bleesed day. No one professional would say that. I read so****ing online on how these people stole personal information from payday loans data basis. I didnt speak long enough to know if he had mine but i did alert my bank on what was going on. For now the best way to avoid these people is by ignoreing the phone calls. When he called the number showed up as unavailable but then he left the 7188739666 number. I am planning on reporting them to the attorney generals office tomorrow. These people need to be stopped. Dont give them any money or anytime of your day. They are scam artists.

just got another call from alex wright at this number and told me i owe money from a year ago to payday cash. you would think that he would of learned the last time he called me. i called payday cash and they are aware of these scammers and they also wanted the phone number he called from and his name and i gladly gave it to him.alex is in ny and alex said the court he was going to down load the case was in NJ. The guy at payday cash says they do not service NJ.Alex called me back and i said what a naughty scammer you are and told him what i did and just ***g up the phone. i dont think he will be calling me anymore.

some lady went to the tv station here in Indiana last nite and told them about these scammers. she even had a voice mail they had left her. she played it for the news folks. she said it did scare here at first,but realize it was a scam. maybe we all need to do this and see if we cant get them shut down once and for all.

these same people called me they are a scam first call the Attorney generals office in your state and report them they may have information you can use.  the number they left on my answering service to call back was 718-873-9666  the number that showed up on my caller id is 052-538-374they told me if I didn't pay for a pay day loan I never got which I told them I did not get that I was going to be arrested and put in jail for 60 days what ever you do don't pay them any money it is a scam I am waiting for an information packet from my Attorney General and will post the information I get here and other places I have posted this information.  They can not arrest you and it is a***nst fair debt collection laws so don't panic just tell them you are reporting them to the authorities.

chris they have called me twice and said i owe money for a payday loan i never took out. i told them they are a scam and we know it. last friday was the last time they called and the number shows 052 538 374,which is overseas im sure of. the guy got hostile with me and i said i had already reported him to the FTC and the local police in Queens NY.He then said i wont like it when they come to arrest me at my work and all i did was laugh! he got mad

Yeah this say company called me with the same hindi voice. Talking about that he was from crime prevention and that he was going to send police to pick me up b/c I was default on a payday loan that I never gotten. CHECK THIS NUMBER 904-395-5144, its the same scam and talking the same B.S this is absolutely insame. However they had my s.s and bank name as well is there anyway to prosecute these people.
