Anonymous This phone number was included in a database breach under my name. I have never owned this phone number in my entire lifetime. I have been victim of identity theft in the past and I would really like to know who this person is and how they were included in an account under my name and personal information.

Keeps repeatedly calling me regarding insurance.. for some guy... How many times do I have to say He doesn't live here anymore.. Next time, I'm just gonna say the guy died! Maybe then they'll get the hint!
