Yup, it's definitely USAA claims.
From another googled link, it is supposed to be USAA Claims Dept. I am a USAA member; and any other calls from USAA have shown USAA in the caller ID. So this surprises me it didn't. I'm not sure a message was left or not; as the message I listened to, amoung 2 others, did not mention USAA, and the number was an 800 number to call.
They called asking for someone with my maiden name as a last name and said it was regarding a car accident. Wouldn't give me more info. I called back and it said it could not be completed as dialed.
