The F.B.I. arrested an Indian Male residing in New York for the same IRS scam. His message sounded professional. Maybe a 13 year old made this message, "COPS" ****

Mj It makes sense that I would be receiving a warning about local law enforcement (in Florida) from a number in Colorado... I guess that is what the Sunshine State does now instead of supenas?

Got a spam call also this morning from this number. They threaten to have me arrested or take legal action for not returning their phone call. Scam!!!

This guy called my place of employment today, now my employer thinks Im looking for a new job. NOT COOL. Tried to call him back but only got a voice mail.

Received calls from Frank Johnston from PFS offering me ft/pt work helping others with financial decisions/planning. I checked out the number and found this board. Looked up Primerica in Colorado Springs. Then called the Primerica office on Union Blvd. where the introductory meeting is being held and guess what. Frank Johnston works at that office. Primerica does not have the greatest of reputations. I think I'll just stay home and eat a good lunch.

It does not take much research to find out this name and number appearing in a few places.  I also found this link:http://www.ripoffreport.com/Employers/Primerica-Financial/primerica-financial-services-r-ep682.htmthis story seems to fit the description.  This guy (Frank Johnston) says he was given my name by a head***ter.  Head***ters make money on commission, as such they always act as intermediaries, and don't hand off your name until they know they have a match.I have no proof or reason, and hence I can't call Frank a ******-bag, liar, and unscrupulous person.  Perhaps someone who has had dealings with the man could leave details here that would earn him those ***les . . . which I stress I cannot attribute to him as I have no proof of any wrong-doings.

Just got the same phone call.  Said he received my name as someone looking for a "career c****e".  Have no intention of calling him back.

I have an appointment with him this week.  Any idea what the company is or is about? I'm su****ious.

I got the same call this morning.  Both 719-646-0557 and 719-466-7994 appear to be cell phone numbers.  There is a Frank A. Johnston listed in Manitor Springs, maybe I'll call his home number and ask why he's calling.

I just got a call from him today saying I was referred to him.  Doesn't sound legit to me.

A call from Frank Johnston offering FT and PT employment in the fiancial services field. Gave address as 4905 N Union Blvd. Suite 201 which is legitimate address. Primerica is in that building as well.

Same here - Frank Johnston said he's expanding in the Denver and Colorado Springs Markets and if the money and opportunity were good, am I keeping my options open.  No indication of what this is about.  If it was legitimate, there would have been more.  He didn't say where he got my name or number from.  *****y.

Received a call from a "Frank Johnston" said my name was given to him.  He identified himself as "Expansion Director," but did not give a company name or who gave him my name.  He gave another contact number in his msg. 719-466-7994.  Wanted to know if money and position sounded good, but gave no clues as to what position, what money or what company.
