To get a survey about my last hospital visit, I said it wasn't a good time for me to talk, then I was told that they will reach out another day

Caller ID said department of defense. Caller wanted personal information regarding a hospital survey.

when i asked what this was in reference to she got huffy and said it was for my husband and that they would call back. I told her not to and she ***g up. A very rude caller

I did not answer the call. Caller ***g up after first ring cycle and did not leave a message.
