Chill out everyone! They are not a collection agency or close to it. They merely are servicing your mortgage loan. Whether it be from Capital One or ABC mortgage. It is a good idea to speak to them. I spoke to a Jacqueline, and she was very professional courteous and attentive. They will however call you if your mortgage loan is 3 days past due. To stop this all you  have to do is send a 'cease and desist letter' to them.  I have a rental property and I normally do not pay them on a timely basis...unless i get my rent money early. But never let it go more then 20 days. Have a good life!

Rec'd a phone msg directing me to call S O S ?  Made no sense to me.

I am totally frustrated and angry enough to file a complaint with our PA Attorney General regarding these unwanted calls from this number.  I will perist until I find out who the***** they are - if anyone out there DOES know - please post it on this info site.

I'm sick of these computer generated calls.  I owe nothing, don't know these idiots and want this to STOP.  I will persist until I have enough information on who they are that I can report them to our PA Attorney General.

These ****heads call twice a day.  I have no payments on anything and absolutely no reason to be receiving these "robo calls" from a collection agency.

Specialized Loan Servicing. Calling about a late payment, most likely.
