They keep calling me, but no one is ever on the other end.  I try calling the number back and I can only get a busy signal or ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY message.  It is coming from Colorado somewhere.

brad homeowner Chill out everyone! They are not a collection agency or close to it. They merely are servicing your mortgage loan. Whether it be from Capital One or ABC mortgage. It is a good idea to speak to them. I spoke to a Jacqueline, and she was very professional courteous and attentive. They will however call you if your mortgage loan is 3 days past due. To stop this all you  have to do is send a 'cease and desist letter' to them.  I have a rental property and I normally do not pay them on a timely basis...unless i get my rent money early. But never let it go more then 20 days. Have a good life!
