I answered an ad on Craigslist to rent a house in Colorado Springs. The owner of this number Jessica Sparks said she would send me a lease and do a background check. After filling out the papers I was asked to send the rent and deposit money. She was acting strangely so I looked up the house and it is being sold and is pending under contract. I called the realtor and he said 5 other people have called him. She is a scammer.

unhappy! As they are reported to be linked to Verizon financial, they really need a life. Have been told, too, they aren't available on weekends. If that's who it is, need to go after real deadbeats, who won't pay their bills. Not from people who've been with them, for a long time, and are having a bad time. They might have more luck squishing water out of a boulder!!

Rec.'d a call from (720) 251-2392.  This is a Denver Area Code.  This company has called me several times.  The first time they called and asked for me I asked who was calling.  They identified themselves as simply "Data Verification."  I asked what this was in regards to because I thought it might be a phishing/scam/soliciting call.  When I asked questions the first person ***g up on me.  I have seen this number has called also several times and not left a voice mail message.  Their number is listede several times on my caller ID.  I talked to three people today.  I asked for a website and was told by a "supposed manage/supervisor named Trish" that she DID NOT know what their web address was.  I asked for the full business name.  I was told a***n simply "Data Verification."  When I asked what a***n this was about I was told they work for area businesses and grocery stores, Doctor's offices, etc. and they verify contact data.  I asked what company they were contacting me on behalf of and she said they were a third party company and they don't know who the client it.  I said I would not verify any information if they could not tell me what the purpose was for or who they were calling on behalf of.  I ended up talking to a total 4 people, inlcuding "Trish" whom I spoke with today that did not know their website or any company data.  She said they would remove my phone number and if I had any further questions I could call back tomorrow and speak with a "Jay" at the same phone number-apparently he is Trish's boss and may know their web address?  EXTREMELY FISHY BEWARE!

willie this guy i cannot understand a single word he is saying except he's some kind of officer from law dept. he called me at work and left me a message on my cell. i had to **** up on him because i just couldnt simply understand. not sure how he got my work# or cell. i'm sure its a scam.

Robin I received a call from a different number but they told me to call 720-251-8274. The name said Officer Don Jorden, this ****s so they can get information out of me. I tried calling the number but no one answered the phone and a guy name John Lloyd owns that number.

this is some kind of collection company stating they are an attorney at law collecting on OLD debts credit card I believe anyway told gentlemen I'm not the person and take me off you list. That's when the guy got insulting so I ***g up. googled them but this is what I got!
