I answered an ad on Craigslist to rent a house in Colorado Springs. The owner of this number Jessica Sparks said she would send me a lease and do a background check. After filling out the papers I was asked to send the rent and deposit money. She was acting strangely so I looked up the house and it is being sold and is pending under contract. I called the realtor and he said 5 other people have called him. She is a scammer.

unhappy! As they are reported to be linked to Verizon financial, they really need a life. Have been told, too, they aren't available on weekends. If that's who it is, need to go after real deadbeats, who won't pay their bills. Not from people who've been with them, for a long time, and are having a bad time. They might have more luck squishing water out of a boulder!!

this is some kind of collection company stating they are an attorney at law collecting on OLD debts credit card I believe anyway told gentlemen I'm not the person and take me off you list. That's when the guy got insulting so I ***g up. googled them but this is what I got!
