Message received that my package would auto-renew for $299 unless I called them. I called them back and got a live person who insisted that I had a Geek Squad protection plan from Best Buy and that he had my computer license number. I told him I had not purchased a computer from Best Buy NOR a protection plan (he would not listen) and then the call disconnected.
