I don't answer calls with the id "None". I checked the recorded message they left telling me there was illegal activity****ociated with my number, it would be suspended and authorities notified, and that I'd better call their number right away. Needless to say, I didn't call as Social Security does not work this way

The caller is a recorded call that lets you know based on your recent payments you are eligible for a reduced APR, but they need further information in order for you to take advantage of this special offer. They also state this is the only call you will receive and you only have three days to call back. I do not have a Capital One credit card
