This was used as a contact number on lewsen.com - which was used on an online dating site for a dude that seems to be 99.9999% FAKE.

Explicit photos of what would happen to my family if we did not pay $650.00...beheading and amputation. Listed family members names and other personal information. It's a scam--as they did not get my wife's last name right--but unsettling to say the least.
