This appears to be a possible bill collector. Its automated with a persons name they are looking for. You have to select option 4 and wait to talk to someone to let them know they are dialing a wrong number if in fact you are not who they are looking for.

YMan Just got a call from this number… CID = Brighton CO They did not leave a message. I am on my State's & Fed's "Do Not Call" Registries…

Prank calls

Someone keeps calling my cellphone for someone named "Stephanie" I have told them there is ***ody here by that name. They keep calling back.  Maybe a letter from my lawyer suing them for harassment will stop them.
